Luxembourg Quantum Alliance, LQA, is a non profit
association created to help prepare Luxembourg and position it
as a recognized and influential player in the European quantum
ecosystem.
Our mission is to create a space in Luxembourg where quantum stakeholders can meet, exchange ideas, get inspired, foster innovation, explore practical applications, and strengthen Luxembourg’s visibility on the international stage.
What LQA does ?
LQA creates value through community building, knowledge sharing, and ecosystem development. Activities include:
- Breakfast series and networking formats
- Technical and thematic workshops with practical insights
- Overview sessions on fast evolving technologies and market trends
- Executive oriented sessions such as Quantum Computing for CEOs
- Broader initiatives that encourage collaboration, visibility, and strategic dialogue across the ecosystem

Equal1: the quantum computer of tomorrow unveiled… today
The Luxembourg Quantum Alliance and Deep by Post invited the Irish company Equal1, to their quantum breakfast on Wednesday, February 11th. Equal1 brought their quantum computer, a kind of refrigerator-like device with already phenomenal computing capabilities. Their aim: to demonstrate that quantum computing isn't just for tomorrow, but for today.
